Christmas at St Cuthbert’s
We’re really looking forward to all our Christmas services and events at St Cuthbert’s this year. We’ve got our Christmas Fayre, Christingle Service, Carols by Candlelight, Family Crib and Carols Service(s) and Midnight Communion (Midnight Mass) on Christmas Eve and a Christmas Day communion service. Plus we’ve got Bonfire Carols, Beer & Carols Singalong, Family Christmas Crafts and Bedtime Stories. So whatever age you are there is something for you. Whether you live in Marton, Marton Manor, Easterside or Coulby Newham you’re really welcome to come and celebrate Christmas with us. Sunday 8th
Christingle
At the Family Church at Four Christingle service, we'll get the chance to make our own Christingles, sing some favourite carols, and consider the Christmas story together. It starts at 4pm, but make sure you come early to get a good seat!
We will also be holding a Christingle Service in our 10am ALL AGE service in St Cuthbert’s on Sunday 8th.
Wednesday 11th
Bedtime Stories
Bring along your little ones in their favourite Christmas pyjamas or onesies. We’ll play games, sing songs, drink hot chocolate and read some Christmas Stories together.
Thursday 12th
Bonfire Carols
Join us for fun and carols around the Bonfire at the Community Garden on Dawlish Green, Easterside (TS4 3NW). Please park by the shops and walk across.
Sunday 15th
Christmas Crafts
We’re giving over our Family Church at Four service to Christmas Crafts. Come as a family and get ready to get messy and creative. We will still have some parts of our usual service and will finish round the fire pit with carols.
Monday 16th
Beer & Carols
Join us in the pub for a carols singalong. Why not come early and grab some food, then be ready for a good sing at 6pm. The Rudds Arms, Marton, TS7 8BG.
Sunday 22nd
Carols by Candlelight
A beautiful reflective candle-lit service of Christmas Carols and Readings in St Cuthbert's Church at 6.30pm.
Christmas Eve
Family Crib & Carol Service
TWO opportunities this year at 2pm or 4pm.
Come dressed as your favourite character from the nativity story: Mary/Joseph/Angels/Shepherds/Sheep. We’ll tell the Christmas story together, sing carols and kick start Christmas in style!
Midnight Communion
A Communion Service to see in Christmas Day. Starts at 11.30pm.

Christmas Communion
A simple traditional Communion service to celebrate Christmas Day. 10am.
