Christmas at St Cuthbert’s
We’re really looking forward to all our Christmas services and events at St Cuthbert’s this year. We’ve got our Christmas Fayre, Christingle Service, Carols by Candlelight, Family Crib and Carols Service(s) and Midnight Communion (Midnight Mass) on Christmas Eve. Plus a Christmas Day communion service and more events to be announced. Whether you live in Marton, Marton Manor, Easterside or Coulby Newham you’re really welcome to come and celebrate Christmas with us.

Saturday 30th November
Christmas Fayre
Join us between 11am and 2pm for our Christmas Fayre. Pick up Christmas gifts, try to win a hamper on the raffle, enjoy a bacon butty or cake, plus activities and games for children to enjoy. Children also have a chance to visit Santa in his grotto - booking is essential (click the button below. £4.50 per child).
Sunday 8th
Christingle
At the Church in a Building Christingle service, we'll get the chance to make our own Christingles, sing some favourite carols, and consider the Christmas story together. It starts at 4pm, but make sure you come early to get a good seat!
We will also be holding a Christingle Service in our 10am ALL AGE service in St Cuthbert’s on Sunday 8th.
Sunday 22nd
Carols by Candlelight
A beautiful reflective candle-lit service of Christmas Carols and Readings in St Cuthbert's Church at 6.30pm.
Christmas Eve
Family Crib & Carol Service
TWO opportunities this year at 2pm or 4pm.
Come dressed as your favourite character from the nativity story: Mary/Joseph/Angels/Shepherds/Sheep. We’ll tell the Christmas story together, sing carols and kick start Christmas in style!
Midnight Communion
A Communion Service to see in Christmas Day. Starts at 11.30pm.

A simple traditional Communion service to celebrate Christmas Day. 10am.
