Weddings
A wedding is one of life’s most joyous and meaningful moments; a time of commitment, feasting and celebration. Marriage is a gift from God, and is intended to be a creative and flourishing relationship where husband and wife can love and support each other through life’s joys and struggles, and share in the care and upbringing of children.
If you are considering marriage, then please email weddings@stcuthbertmarton.org.uk or call the parish office (01642 316201). You might need to leave a message. You don’t need to be religious or attend church to have a church wedding. You can also click the button below to visit the Church of England’s website where you can find all you need to know about preparing for and arranging a wedding.
Banns
If you are getting married at another church, but live in the Parish of Marton with Easterside (which includes Coulby Newham), you might need to have your banns published at the church.
